know your Git and some first Gradle

speak English, Java or Kotlin (and ideally German as well)

have a degree in Computer Science and some first 3 years of programming experience

are enthusiastic about the latest things Android (Foldables? sure!)

don’t fear to interact with fellow Developers, Product Owners, Designers and other Stakeholders

like to share your knowledge (Android Meetups or Droidcons anyone?)

care about a well maintained, scalable and tested codebase (if not yet, we will make you do ;) )

have a certain eye for product- and UI-quality as well

gained some first experience with the Android SDK and AndroidX/Jetpack

are willing to learn the ins & outs of Android application development

What you will do

Our Passenger domain has the goal to provide the best ride-sharing app on the market.

You will work in a bottom-up managed, autonomous, cross-functional team, that will continuously test new ideas and evaluate their potential.

You and your team will work like a startup and take ownership of the whole development cycle - from ideation over design to implementation, quality assurance and maintenance.

Build cutting edge solutions, using the latest technologies and features the Android platform has to offer.

The software you will be working on is the number one interface our customers are interacting with and plays a big part in defining the MOIA user experience.
