Beschreibung:OBJECTIVES
To effectively design, document, configure and deploy the Optimus Application suite providing solutions based on customer requirements. Ensuring customer satisfaction with the deployed solution and managing the transition to the Support function.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and contribute to the solution scope for customer engagements.
• Provide technical feedback to support the contractual process.
• Understand and negotiate customer requirements, agree and document.
o Manage via change control.
• Produce Solution Designs from Customer Requirements and build configurations to match the Solution Design.
o Agree and achieve customer sign-off on the Solution Configuration Architecture Documentation.
o Agree and achieve customer sign-off on Interface Controls between customer systems and Minotaur, using standard project documentation such as Data Dictionaries and Interface Controls Documents.
• Produce application environments and controls scripts for new customer solutions.
• Highlight areas of concern to the Project Manager to ensure an accurate understanding of the project status is available at all times.
• Escalate high priority issues to the Project Manager and Commercial Represented in a timely manner.
• Perform Functional Acceptance Testing on internal and customer environments.
• Design, document and demonstrate User Acceptance Tests.
• Ensure customer KPIs are achieved and are demonstrable.
• Produce documentation and presentation material to facilitate Project to Support handover.
• Produce documentation and presentation material to lead both project and bespoke customer training requirements.
• Visit customer sites for meetings, product installation and testing.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL
At least one of the following would be preferred:
• Linux and/or Unix, including ksh or bash scripting.
• Oracle database understanding, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficient with MS Office Tools, including Word, Excel & Visio.
The following would be beneficial:
• Previous Telecoms Experience in areas such as Fraud, RA, billing and/or mediation
• Windows Server and Client Administration, including IIS.
• Object-Oriented Programming Experience.
• Any understanding of IP and/or storage network would be beneficial.
SOFT SKILLS
• Excellent communications skills.
• Customer relationship experience.
• Good standard of spoken and written English

• Position opens from Dec. 14th, 2017 until filled.

• Remote worker is possible but not preferred.
